We are pleased to announce that we have received a three-star accreditation from Best Companies, indicating that we are a world-class organisation!

The accreditation recognises us as a World Class Organisation and represents the highest level of workplace engagement, indicating that we truly excel. The 3-star accreditation, awarded to organisations with a BCI score of 738 or higher, reflects 'world class' levels of workplace engagement.

The excellent result is the result of feedback from our team via the Best Companies Survey. The survey evaluates eight aspects of workplace engagement, such as happiness, leadership, and relationships with managers. Employee satisfaction was high throughout the organisation, demonstrating the company's determination to be the best.

"Our goal here at Claremont Consulting is to be people-centric and to become a great place to work for everyone," said Mark Baker, our director. We want everyone to look forward to coming to work, whether at the office or at home because they will be working in a secure and valued environment.

"If people are happy, engaged, and enjoy what they do, they will provide an exceptional experience for our clients and the company will achieve all of its goals." We must continue to work hard to improve our culture and invest in our team."

In addition to developing our benefits package, we have focused on creating a balance for our teams' lives through well-being and social programme, learning and development opportunities, and community projects.

Philip Young, Group Managing Director, added, "The world-class accreditation demonstrates we're doing a lot of the right things for our team." The feedback has also provided us with key areas to improve. We will always strive to be the best, we have high expectations, and we want to attract the right people who want to work for a company that truly cares about them and values what they do."

The result of a year of growth, with new hires in process and marketing, as well as a fresh Sales team ready to crush targets, and a wellbeing programme in place that ensures our teams are in good mental health so they can manage the demands of their day-to-day jobs.

As always, we are looking for like-minded, ambitious individuals who want to be a part of a successful organisation that will give you a real chance to reach your full potential.
