My client who are a leading data and tech company based in the UK are on the lookout for a HRIS Engineer
to join them on a permanent basis.
This role will be remote based with 1-2 days onsite in Peterborough or London per month.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in delivery of projects or service improvements planning, scheduling and monitoring own work within agreed deadlines
- Undertake configuration and customisation of the HR system & interfaces, in line with the scope of the role and to business needs
- Provides detailed technical analysis & impact assessments
- Acts as a HR systems technical authority to the business providing guidance and advice where necessary
- Builds strong working relationships with internal HR and IT function and 3rd party software providers
- Ensures that the appropriate levels of regression testing to mitigate risks from monthly patch bundles and major release upgrades
- Identifies potential trends in faults and proactively drives software improvements
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM System configuration including HR administration, Redwood and self-service functionality
- Working knowledge of Oracle BI administration
- Working knowledge of Oracle fast formula and workforce structures
- Working knowledge of payroll systems and processes
- Experience working with system integrations
- Working knowledge of the Oracle security model
- Working experience of Oracle Taleo and ORC systems configuration
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise schedules
