Best Companies Awards 2022

On Wednesday the 2nd November three members of our team had the opportunity to attend the Best Companies awards 2022 after being awarded a 3 star accreditation as world class to work for along with ranking in the Top 100 Best Companies to work for at the start of 2022.

The accreditation recognises us as a World Class Organisation and represents the highest level of workplace engagement, indicating that we truly excel. The 3-star accreditation, awarded to organisations with a BCI score of 738 or higher, reflects 'world class' levels of workplace engagement.

The excellent result is the result of feedback from our team via the Best Companies Survey. The survey evaluates eight aspects of workplace engagement, such as happiness, leadership, and relationships with managers. Employee satisfaction was high throughout the organisation, demonstrating the company's determination to be the best.

A lovely evening was had at the awards ceremony where we had the chance to collect our award and celebrate alongside some of the top companies in the country.

After a year of building, hard work and multiple well deserved promotions, we are looking forward to finding out the updated Best Company positions in January 2023.

Congratulations to all the other companies in attendance.
